At TrioTCG, we take pride in carefully packaging every order to ensure your cards and sealed products arrive safely. Because trading card products are highly condition-sensitive and collectible in nature, we maintain the following policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of every transaction.

All Sales Are Final on Sealed Product
All sales of sealed product are considered final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed items, including but not limited to:
- Booster boxes, cases, and bundles
- Elite Trainer Boxes and collection boxes
- Blister packs and sleeved boosters
- Starter decks, structure decks, and tins
- Any other factory-sealed trading card product
Why no returns? Sealed trading card products carry a risk of tampering once they leave our facility. To guarantee the authenticity and integrity of every product we sell, we cannot accept sealed items back once they have been shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is lost in transit and never arrives, we've got your back. TrioTCG will issue a full refund for any package confirmed lost by the carrier.
To qualify for a lost-package refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The tracking number shows no delivery confirmation, or the carrier confirms the package is lost
- A reasonable delivery window has passed (typically 7–14 business days from the ship date for domestic orders, or 21–30 business days for international)
- You have contacted us within 30 days of the original ship date to report the missing package
Once we verify the claim with the carrier, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to make it right, which may include a partial or full refund.
Tip: Please photograph the package before and during unboxing. Clear documentation helps us resolve your claim quickly.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the policies outlined above and cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is treated as a standard order and the all-sales-final policy applies.
